We offer three tiers of monthly flat fee service plans to meet the needs of all businesses, regardless of size or budget.
- Basic: The Basic Plan is designed for clients who purchase Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products through Wright Way (endpoint security, Microsoft 365, etc). In addition to the cost of the products themselves, there is a service fee added to your bill, which includes some time for managing the products you purchase at no extra cost. All other service is billed at a normal hourly rate under the basic plan.
- Standard: In addition to the included features of the Basic Plan, the Standard Plan adds quarterly planning meetings with a Key Account Manager and pre-purchased time. Customers on the Standard plan receive priority of service over all other clients, second
only to clients on the Premium service plan. - Premium: The Premium Plan is a flat fee-based model that provides you with a Key Account Manager to meet with at least monthly to proactively oversee and plan for all your technology needs.
